LOVE YOURSELF LOVE YOUR MARRIAGE – LEVEL 1: Immersion Experience

This is the couples program

LOVE YOURSELF LOVE YOUR MARRIAGE – LEVEL 2: Deepening Intimacy

Enables continuing practice of the skills and attitudes learned in Level 1 so that you can feel good within your own skin and enjoy true intimacy with each other.

LOVE EVERY PART –  LEVEL 1: Immersion Experience
This is the program for individuals, a shortened version of the Love Yourself Love Your Marriage program.

LOVE EVERY PART – LEVEL 2: Deepening Self-Love
Enables continuing practice of the skills and attitudes learned in Level 1 so that you can feel good within your own skin and know how to “take” the behavior of others without being triggered.

In some ways, Love Every Part is easier because you will learn to fall in love with yourself without the complications of the other person triggering you. In other ways, it’s harder because if the other person is in your life anyway and they are not practicing the skills, you will be the only one heading off problems between you.

Also, it is unlikely you will ever have the true intimacy and companionship that will come when both people have rolled up their sleeves to work on themselves in the program.
